Attempting to find legal assistance while in the midst of a dealing with a stressful landlord situation was something that felt very intimidating, but I am so glad Andy and his firm got recommended to me from a friend.

Andy was extremely professional, easy to communicate with throughout the process of my situation, and most importantly -- was extremely knowledgeable about Chicago tenant law. He expertly guided me through a few rough months and ultimately helped me settle out of court with my landlord for a favorable sum.

Andy Brabender represented me and my neighbor. Our previous landlord, sold his property and didn’t turn over our security deposit to the current landlord. The previous landlord wouldn’t answer our calls text or emails. After the hiring Mr. Brabender, we didn’t have to call text or email the previous landlord anymore. Mr. Brabender got right on it.
