I founded Brabender Law LLC to stand up for individuals - not corporations - when the legal system feels stacked against them. Over the course of my career, I’ve recovered millions of dollars for people harmed by negligence, fraud, and other wrongful conduct.
My practice focuses on:
Tenants’ rights, especially security deposit recovery and early lease termination
Real estate and civil litigation, including property disputes and breach of contract
Personal injury, for those seeking accountability and fair compensation
Before launching my firm, I worked at the Cochran Firm’s Chicago office, where I helped recover millions for injury victims and their families. I also served as a judicial extern to Hon. Rebecca Pallmeyer, now Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
I earned my law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law with high honors and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a degree in criminal justice.
Outside of work, I spend my time hiking and exploring the outdoors with my wife and our two young sons.
