We receive many phone calls, emails, and messages every day and though We try to send a quick response to all people that contact us, We do not have the capacity to respond to every communication. We will respond to communications, refer them to other attorneys, or delete the communication at Our sole discretion. Lawsuits are often subject to a statute of limitations, and You agree not to rely on Us to preserve your statute of limitations unless You have become a client by fully executed written legal services agreement (and payment of applicable fees). You are encouraged to seek alternative counsel to prevent the expiration of your statute of limitations

We do not guarantee a result in any case, it is unethical in Illinois to do so. We also do not guarantee we will take any particular case, each case is evaluated on many factors and We may decline representation in our sole and absolute discretion.

All Disputes will be resolved finally and exclusively by binding individual arbitration with a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association according to their rules. We will pay the arbitrator’s fee to the extent that it exceeds the filing fee for a similar case in an appropriate court. Unless otherwise specified herein, to the extent permitted by law, all arbitrations shall take place in either Bellingham, Washington or Chicago, Illinois. Such venue shall be at Our discretion. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the unenforceable provision will be severed, and the remaining arbitration terms will be enforced.
